I’m proud of these guys! They love to workout, improve themselves mentally and physically.  They are not looking for the easy way out. We are holding each other accountable and finding a way to get it done.

Metabolic Conditioner x 2

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 rear foot elevated single-leg squats (R/L)
  • 10 medicine ball slams

Wyatt bear hugs the 150lb sandbag while Ethan and I do the medicine ball slams.
