Spring / Summer Schedule 2024

Spring Break has come and gone.  It’s that time of year when I start getting inquiries about Strength and Performance training for high school athletes and what the schedule will look like this Summer (2024).

So let’s jump into it!

First off, thank you for your interest.  I’m very grateful to be of service to you and your motivated athlete. Nothing makes me happier than to be able to help high school athletes reach their physical and mental potential. Here is a snapshot of how this Summer might look:

  • 7:15 am – 8:15 am Summer Sweat Squad, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (This is a fitness boot camp that I’m experimenting with for men and women.  I ran a popular fitness boot camp called “FullForce Fitness” in Cedar Park and Austin for many years.  It recently occurred to me (duh), that with all of the equipment that I have, it would be a perfect setup for a fitness boot camp in my garage/driveway for those who are looking to get a great workout in a supportive setting using kettlebells, Concept rower, Assault runner, Rogue bike, sandbags, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls and much more.)
  • 8:30 am – 10:00 am Strength and Performance (This is my program for high school and college athletes) 3 days a week.  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
  • 10:30 am – 12 pm Strength and Performance (This is my program for high school and college athletes) 3 days a week.  Days to be determined.
