It’s unbelievable that there are still people out there who think “bodybuilding is dumb”. I heard that a coach recently said this to his high school athletes. Yes, folks, this is what your kids are hearing from people in supposed “positions of authority”.
WHAT IS BODYBUILDING?
Bodybuilding is just that, building your body. Lifting weights of some sort, has been around since the beginning of time. Lifting weights will strengthen your mind and body. Lifting weights will balance your body by making weak muscles stronger – you’re only as strong as your weakest link.
WHO IS JOE TORRE?
