My new garage gym is coming together!

It’s packed with workout equipment designed to get you stronger, faster, leaner and lighter.

And, most importantly, it’s allows for tons of variety.

From Crossfit style workouts to bodybuilding to athletic to mma inspired training.

If you’re in the Austin area (Jonestown or Lago Vista), it’s worth the drive to be trained by me in the one of the most intense garage gyms you’ll ever encounter.
