Scott York Fitness – First Official Leg Day

Scott York Fitness – First Official Leg Day at my new garage gym.

Bill met me at 10am here in Jonestown, Texas.

I’ve been training Bill as a client since 2005.  He’s a computer programmer and was tired and out of shape when we met at Starbucks in Cedar Park back then.

 

He’s come a long way and has gotten stronger, leaner and more energetic.

He couldn’t do 1 pullup when we started.

Now I’ve lost track of how many he can do.

 

So he and I officially broke in the gym this morning.

We did:

Warm up 3 minutes on the concept 2 rower

1 Round of Fight Gone Bad (Crossfit type of workout)

Main Workout

Biceps, Legs (Quadriceps/Hamstrings)

Feeders

Kettlebell Clean and Jerk

Snatchesx 10 reps

Stretch/Done
