Ring Shocker

Scott York Kills Ring Workout

I love doing traditional workouts and pushing heavy weights (300,400,500lb member), but I also like to regularly do fast paced circuit training workouts.

I like to knock out quick workouts regularly – sometimes 2-3 times a day.  (I’ll explain why in a future video).  These workouts usually last less than 10 minutes.

In this workout, I did a ring ladder workout.

Ladder means I started with 10 reps and worked my way down to 1 rep.

Exercises were ring pushups for chest and ring dips for triceps.

Doing these 2 exercises also works shoulders and core BIG TIME.   There’s a lot of stabilizing muscles working hard to keep the body stable.

All you need is a pair of rings – you can hang them from a tree in your yard or at the local park.  As you can see, there’s little rest in between sets.  That’s the point.

See if you’ve got what it takes to do this in less than 10 minutes!
