Here’s a quick tasty recipe for Breakfast that Scott has been eating for years and will get your day started off right.
Full Force Pancakes:
1 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats combined with steel cut oats
1 1/4 cup egg whites
mix the ingredients together and let sit for 30 minutes or so (overnight is better).
Pour onto griddle, use non stick cooking spray if needed, cook for 3 minutes or so.
Cook another 3 minutes or so.
Put on your plate, add unsweetened fruit, eat.
Add sugar free syrup if you must.
