Barbell Bench Press 285lbs (PR)
DB Extreme Stretch 60lbs 53 seconds
Weighted Dips 3 sets of 10
Skullcrushers 3 sets of 8
Pullups and Kettlebell Upright Rows with 70lbs
Knock out as many reps of pullups as you can and do the same number of kettlebell uprights rows.
Continue in this manner until you reach 50 reps of each.
