If your weight loss motivation is starting to fade a bit, now that the New Years resolutions are old news, don’t give up!

It’s important to maintain consistency with your workouts in order to make them a habit.  If the cooler weather makes you want to jump under the covers instead of on your bike, never fear!  Here’s an anytime workout, that you can do at home with no equipment.  In the video, I give you 2 workouts – one for beginners and one for intermediates.  Choose wisely.  You certainly don’t want to attempt the intermediate workout if you’re JUST getting started with a fitness routine.

 

Warm up for 3-5 minutes, as mentioned in the video.  Start off slow and build your intensity.  If you feel faint or dizzy – STOP!  Don’t overdo it, just do the best that you can.  I don’t care if you can only get 3 rounds – that’s GREAT!  Next time, you’ll get 4 rounds and it will be easier than last time.  Consistency is the key here.  This is a 30 day program that you should do 2-3 times a week.

 

If you feel like you want to do more than just this workout 2-3 times a week, try it.  If you get too sore, too tired, then back off.  Over time it will get easier and the results will just keep on coming.  Make sure to have some water handy and a hand towel.  OK, let’s do it, you’ve got everything you need, now it’s time to simply watch the video and give it your best effort.
