Free Crossfit Inspired Training Class

If you’ve ever wondered what “Crossfit” training is, you’re in luck!

I’m hosting a FREE introduction to Crossfit inspired training class this month.

 

-DETAILS-

When:  Saturday, March 23 2013  10am – 1130am

Where:  Jonestown, Texas

Cost:  Free

Limited to 12 Only 3 spots left!  (FULL)

This is a hands on demonstration which means BE PREPARED TO WORKOUT!

Dress appropriately, bring water, bring a towel (you’ll sweat) and bring a positive, energetic attitude!

Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you’ll get a great workout.  If you need
to rest, do so.  Don’t overdo it!  These workouts can be deceptive and you do not want to be so sore that you can hardly
move the next day!

Expect about 12 people (men and women).

Bring water and a towel (towel optional).

The free intro class will be fast paced starting with a general welcome and introduction followed by a warm up, dynamic activity warm up,
followed by the main Crossfit Inspired workout and then a 3-5 minute cool down.

I’ll have a Q and A (questions and answers) and then we’ll wrap it up!

Total time could be anywhere from 60 – 90 minutes depending how much talking I do 🙂  Tammy McKinney has offered to be here to keep me from yapping too much!
