Strength Training

Strength training is the centerpiece of all that I do.  It’s good for the inside and good for the outside.  Stick with the basics like squats, deadlifts, presses and pull ups.

Stay Healthy

Life is so much better when you feel strong and healthy.  Sleep better, look better and have a more positive mindset all by exercising 3-5 days a week and being consistent.

Crossfit?

Although I’m not a Crossfit Gym, we do enjoy doing Crossfit workouts from time to time in our garage gym. Our favorites are “Fight Gone Bad”, “Filthy 50”, “Grace” and workouts of the day (WOD).
