If you’re still trying to figure out the best diet (nutritional program) because you hate to restrict foods, can’t stick to low carb diets, want to include simple and complex carbs in to your diet and can’t buy into the “intermittent fasting” fad, I’ve got an alternative. The topic of nutrition is dear to me but It’s bothered me for a long time that I couldn’t find a workable program to implement into my life.
