Be Bold! Do It For Yourself!

Hey, Guys! Don’t ever settle for a beat down, run down, woe is me lifestyle. Get strong, stay strong. If you’re a beginner, start off with stretching, push ups (from the knees), body weight squats and sit ups. Before you know it, you’ll feel awesome again!

Don’t worry about transforming your body.  Transform your MIND and your body will follow.  Start off by walking if you’ve been a couch potato.  Set a timer and walk around your neighborhood for 15 minutes.  That’s it!  15 easy minutes.  Focus on your breathing, notice your surroundings, enjoy the sun, nature – wear headphones to block out distractions – you don’t even have to have music on although you certainly can if you choose to.

Continue to focus on your breathing while you’re walking – you’re training your mind to block out distractions and boy, are there a ton of them in today’s world.  Walk and focus for 15 minutes.  If you stick with it, I’ll bet you’ll feel more in control of your life which will build self-esteem and confidence.  Transform your mind and your body will follow.

YOUR PROGRAM

Work up to 3 walks a week, then 5 walks a week.  Keep the time at 15 minutes and then after 3 weeks, go for 20-30 minutes.  Once you’ve established this routine (usually takes 3 weeks), you’ll FEEL and see changes.  You’ll feel:

  • More energetic – you’ll sleep better
  • More positive
  • Lighter
  • More agile
  • And enjoy better cardiovascular fitness levels

Warm up / stretch
Rumble roller
Core hammer
1) Deadlifts 3 sets
235lbs x 5
275lbs x 5
310lbs x 14 reps

2) Hang from a bar: 80 seconds

3) DB Rows
35lbs x 10
45lbs x 10
52lbs x 10

4) Rear DB Laterals
15lbs x 10
20lbs x 10
15lbs x 10

5) Neck
3 sets of 10 reps

6) Headstands / Handstand practice

7) Double Unders x 50 reps
