IFBB Fitness Pro, Adela Garcia shares her interval training program to get lean for her upcoming fitness competitions.

I’ve been working with Muscle and Fitness Hers magazine to document Adela’s training as she prepares for the 2013 season.

Adela has won the top titles in the fitness industry and knows a thing or 2 about getting herself and others in shape.  If you want to be your best, learn from the best.  In this video, Adela explains why she chose the exercises that she is doing and what she is trying to accomplish by doing these exercises.

With that said, here is Adela’s program both in video and in print form.  Get permission from your Doctor before attempting a new physical exercise routine.

10 minute Warm Up on stair mill

60 Seconds on stair mill at level 15
24″ box jumps x 5 reps
Plyo push ups x 10 reps
Burpees x 10 reps
Knee ins x 10 reps
Pop squats x 10 reps

2 minute recovery on stair mill on level 7 or 8.

Repeat for 5 total rounds.
